• Led the user experience design of the product ecosystem

• Supervised a team of five user experience designers:  set goals, assigned tasks, mentored, and improved team processes

• Established design system in Axure that enabled deliverables to scale as needed to meet project goals

• Led complex partner integrations with Apple, Spotify, Pandora, and iHeartRadio to successfully integrate their user experiences into SoundTouch. 

• Led the effort to define and document product requirements for SoundTouch, collaborating closely with marketing and software teams. 

• Collaborated with user research to identify research needs, conduct research, and leverage findings in the product design.

• Earned inventor credit on a US patent for a novel UI method to control audio volume
